Icy blue satin and organza costume ballgown; bodice, sleeves, and peplum are white satin decorated with silver snowflakes. Satin under-skirt with attached tulle for added volume. Dress has shoulder pads for added definition and Velcro’s in back. Arrives on padded hanger in zip-up garment bag.
