A brown belt with a decorative gold buckle is regulated with velcro strips. Pants come with an elastic waistband for convenient fit and boot covers that have fabric stirrup straps to keep them attached to the footwear. The gorgeous black pirate hat with yellow trim gives finishing touch to the whole look.
