This water-based, highly pigmented soft cream makeup comes in a plastic squeeze tube, making it great for year round face painting and sporting events. Available in a variety of colors. Makeup can be applied with a sponge, brush or fingertips to skin and/or hair. To remove, simply use soap and water.
