Description
These chainmail voiders are crafted from aluminum round rings which have been dome-riveted; these rings alternate with solid flat rings of aluminum. The individual rings measure 10 mm in diameter and 16 gauge in thickness. These voiders can be stitched onto a gambeson to add panels of protective chainmail to the armpit and sides – areas that may not be well covered, particularly if plate armor is worn over the gambeson.
