Hung like a horse, or at least like a king! This sturdy war belt is simple in application, with 14 plates of steel armor hung from a thick leather belt. It will provide coverage and protection for the upper legs in the front, the groin area, and surrounding regions. If you plan to have a full knights clad armor, this piece completes the set, and also will provide the authentic look of appeal. It can be worn with limited coverage armor as well, and Kings often wore Tassets along with a breastplate or cuirass. Variations of this design have been spotted in history and known as Faulders or Tassets. For display purposes only (lega fine print), but looks great with armor.
